THIS was a disappointing film that I spent a whole lot of time looking for. Now, I can sort of understand why they didn’t distribute a ton of copies.
The setup was really good, as was the premise, but after a stark and terrifying intro the movie decided to become a black comedy. Later, it wandered into a strange metaphysical psychodrama. This is somewhat forgivable, with the story being told in three parts, from three different perspectives, but the abrupt changes in pacing and mood were really distracting. This movie could have been done well from any of those three viewpoints, but trying to roll all three into one film muddied it all.
